Hi, I’m Patrick Brooks with ENRG Global Realty, based right here in Asheville, North Carolina. With over eight years in the real estate industry, I’ve built my career on hard work, honesty, and a passion for serving others.

I specialize in new construction, residential homes, commercial sales and leases, land deals, short-term rentals, and investment properties across Western North Carolina. From high-value land tracts to downtown office spaces to tucked-away mountain homes, I’ve done it all—closing over 100 personal deals and millions in volume. My approach is simple: treat every client like family and every property like it’s my own.

Outside of real estate, I’m a family man rooted in faith, integrity, and community. My wife Megan is a certified yoga instructor who brings peace and passion into our lives, and together we’re raising two incredible kids. When I’m not showing properties or negotiating deals, you’ll find me coaching soccer, trail running in the Blue Ridge Mountains, or traveling with my family.
My background in construction (working alongside my dad) and financial planning (with Northwestern Mutual) has shaped the way I approach real estate—combining practical knowledge with smart strategy and sharp pricing.
