Patrick Brooks is the Founder and Lead Broker of ENRG Asheville, a Western North Carolina–based real estate team built on service, strategy, and long-term wealth creation. With nearly a decade in the industry, Patrick specializes in residential homes, luxury properties, land, and new construction throughout Asheville, Buncombe County, and the surrounding mountain communities.
Known for his hands-on approach and sharp negotiation skills, Patrick represents buyers and sellers through every step of the process—from pricing strategy and marketing to inspections, development potential, and closing coordination.
